Created a Growth Strategy for a Stagnant Company

We designed a growth strategy for a mid-sized company that had stagnant revenue and declining customer retention. Our competitive analysis identified three key market segments where the company had a positional advantage over rival firms. A floundering segment was divested which focused the company on value-adding profit segments.
